Who is TAB Tribal?
Tribal TAB is a free, EPA-funded technical assistance program designed to support Indigenous communities, Tribal Nations, and Tribal entities as they address brownfields – properties impacted by environmental contamination that may be underused or blighted. Tribal TAB provides culturally informed, collaborative support that helps tribes protect sacred lands, build local environmental programs, and pursue sustainable site reuse and redevelopment.
Tribal TAB is delivered through a partnership between Kansas State University (KSU), the Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP), and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC).
